Who knows good teaching?

In 2013, Youth on Board and the Boston Student Advisory Council launched the We are the Ones in the Classroom - Ask Us! national campaign to involve students in providing feedback and evaluation to their teachers with the help of the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.

We believe that student voice through constructive feedback and teacher evaluations will accomplish the following:

  • Improve relationships between students and teachers

  • Engage students and increase academic achievement

  • Make homework and other assignments more meaningful

  • Help teachers improve instruction through reflection
